Small Group Training

Small group training is ideal for the athlete that wants individual attention to form correction and movement analysis, and thrives off camaraderie and competition to raise their level of performance.  Each training session is designed with each athletes' goals in mind to allow all participants to maximize their potential.  Small groups are comprised of 4-8 athletes.
