Individual training is ideal for the athlete that wants to improve his/her performance in a more personalized setting. Each training session is designed to address the specific goals and needs of the athlete in order to maximize performance. Athletes are progressed at their own pace, and are able to focus on making necessary corrections without the distraction of other athletes. Each session is 1 hour, and prices vary based on the number of sessions purchased.
